
Ingredients:

Zucchini
Yellow Squash
Green Bell Peppers
Red Bell Peppers
Yellow Bell Peppers
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Pineapple
Cherry Tomatoes
Extra Firm Tofu
Lime/lemon juice
Finely ground black pepper
Soy Sauce/Teriyaki Sauce
Salt to taste
Method:

Marinate all the veggies in the above ingredients. Let them be for atleast an hour. String them onto the skewers and grill them to perfection .. or just broil in a traditional oven for 18-20 mins.
I'll be posting the tofu recipe when its stir fried..very similar..
