This curd/yogurt side dish is a must at all parties that have indian food in it :) Its not only tasty.. but nutritious :)
Ingredients:
-----------
Onion(chopped)
Green Chillies (chopped)
Sour Cream (or Yoghurt/Curd)
Carrot (grated) - Optional
Cucumber (chopped) - Optional
1/2 tomato (chopped) - Optional
Cilantro (chopped)
Salt to taste
Process:
--------
Take the sour cream in a container. Add little water as per desired consistency (I like it thick so, add less water), whisk it well. Put all the veggies(except cilantro) in a bowl and add salt to it. Mix well. Add this to the sour cream and mix well. Check the taste and add salt/water according to your liking.. Garnish with Cilantro.
Enjoy ..yummy raitha. Goes well with Biryani/fried rice.
