Makes 2 Pies, Serves: about 10 people
1 Full Can of Mango Pulp
3 unflavored gelatin sachets
1 cool whip
2 graham cracker ready to pie crust(6 oz size)
sugar 1/2 cup
Soak the gelatin in luke warm to hot water until it dissolves completely.
Mix mango pulp and sugar into this dissolved gelatin and add coolwhip to the whole mix.
Mix well with spoon or with a whisk..very lightly
Now pour the mixture equally into 2 pies and keep it refrigerated for about 3 hrs to let it form.
