This is a traditional northern andhra pradesh (telangana) dish, that is famous as a quick snack for all the kids and adults alike.. while watching the cricket match.. or something to grab on the streets during shopping.
Ingredients:

4 cups Rice flour
1 large Onion
1 tablespoon garlic paste + Cumin powder
1 cup sesame seeds
1 bunch onion leaves/chives
1 bunch cilantro
1 pinch of turmeric
1 teaspoon oma
Peanuts
Red Chilli Powder
salt to taste
Method:

Mix rice flour, sesame seeds, oma, garlic + jeera paste, salt, mirchi powder, turmeric. Boil water (4 cups).Pour boiling water into the rice flour mixture such that lumps of flour are formed.Use a flat spatula type spoon to mix the water with the flour.Mix chopped onion leaves and chopped cilantro with the flour mixture
Fry peanuts until little brown, then use the rolling pin to break the peanuts into smaller pieces.Mix peanut mixture with the flour. Chop the onions and make a coarse paste.Add in some curry leaves.

Now, take a heavy bottom wide pan, put some oil generously into it and spread the oil. Spread the batter about 1/4th inch thick in the pan, make random holes and pour some more oil into them. cover it and cook it on high. Crispy, yummy sarva pindi is ready.
