Tofu (Extra firm)
red chilli powder
ginger garlic paste
Cut the "extra firm" tofu block into about half inch rectangular pieces.
Marinate it with all ingredients in the list except "Besan".
Mix the besan with water to a medium consistency. Dip the tofu pieces in the besan batter and deep fry. Serve hot with ketchup.
