Last night, my husband felt like eating something hot and spicy. So, I made these quick tofu pakodas.
Ingredients:

Tofu (Extra firm)
Besan
salt
red chilli powder
Coriander powder
ginger garlic paste
lime juice
Process:
-------
Cut the "extra firm" tofu block into about half inch rectangular pieces.
Marinate it with all ingredients in the list except "Besan".
Mix the besan with water to a medium consistency. Dip the tofu pieces in the besan batter and deep fry. Serve hot with ketchup.
