Pav means "Bread" and Bhaji means "Curry". This is one of the "Chaat" varieties famous in some regions of India. Chaat is the indian "fast" food though its NOT considered "junk" food.
Ingredients:
For Pav:
Make your own OR
Buy 1 pack Sandwich Buns (about 8 in a pack)
Unsalted Butter
For Bhaji:
1 Tsp Cooking Oil
1 Cabbage
2 Carrot
2 Potato
1 Tomato
Green Peas
Badshah Pav Bhaji Masala
Method:

Clean, Cut and Boil all the veggies. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Transfer all the vegetables into the pan and stir the mixture. Mash them, add salt, chilli powder and the pav bhaji masala as per taste. Heat the buns with some butter on a frying pan and serve with the bhaji on the side. Serve hot. Enjoy.
