Coriander seeds (how much ever you want)
For the fried version :
Roast the seeds on a hot pan in little or no oil. And grind into a smooth powder.
For the fresh version: (used for vegetable stew/pulusu curries)
Just grind the coriander seeds into a smooth powder.
